this sounds like spam. otherwise there is no reason to bypass your isp's smtp server (unless they have told you to stop sending so much traffic).

if you honestly have a need to send a valid newsletter, there are many easy ways to have a linux box send out newsletters without using your isp's mail server.

if you need help setting one up, feel free to contact me. i hope i'm wrong about the spam.
