where can I see Linux in Rogue Valley?

I'd like to walk into a showroom and see Linux running on a PC. (I've only seen command-line Linux on old 386's.) Where can I do this in Rogue Valley? I'd prefer not to wait until the Nov meeting.

Although I have lots of unix experience from the 80's, I've been using Macs for the past 10 years. I do a lot of flat-bed scanning and OCR work. I know I can do this under Linux, but I don't know what my user experience would be like. I prefer to point and click to command line for most operations.
